Shipping
There are multiple shipping options available for customers on the Kynfolk site. Deliveries to local post codes on the Surfcoast, Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula will be delivered by hand and incur a fee in line with time and distance taken to make the delivery from head office.
Orders placed before 11am are eligible for same day local delivery or same day shipping. You will receive a personal notification of a hand delivered hamper, and you will receive a tracking notification for a shipped hamper.
Free local pick up is available and can be selected at the cart.
Free delivery is available to 3228 postcodes.
The courier service is available to areas outside the local delivery zones, further along the Great Ocean Road to Lorne and Apollo Bay, and towards Queenscliff on the Bellarine. Where possible we will send your order on a courier the next business day. Hampers sent by courier will be delivered in the AM part of the day.
- Lorne direction courier days: Monday – Friday
- Apollo Bay: Wednesday and Friday
- Bellarine direction courier days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Hampers that are shipped will use either Australia Post, Star Track, Sendle or Aramex depending on the recipient location and best availability for efficient delivery. Tracking will be sent to the purchaser as soon as the order has shipped.
Hampers will be packed and wrapped with the utmost care in order to make sure the hamper arrives in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged, or any parts are broken, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement hamper.
Kynfolk does not offer shipping to International destinations.

Shipping Timeframes
At Kynfolk we pride ourselves on packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary from location to location and depending on seasonal shipping spikes. We cannot be held responsible for any postal delays that fall outside our control, and we do not offer refunds or credits for deliveries that don’t arrive on time.
Please allow 2-4 business days for metro shipping areas and up to 5 full business days for regional orders. Parcels can take as little as 2 days, but we feel its best to allow extra time rather than post late.
During peak periods we recommend posting as soon as you can allowing for 5-10 days depending on geographical location. If your recipient is not home hampers may be taken to parcel lockers to await collection.
