Yes, the hamper can be delivered to a locker or parcel box and a note will be left with the recipient.

If you place your order by 12pm Melbourne AEST, your order will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm Melbourne AEST are dispatched the following business day. Orders received on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information

This is something we can discuss with you on a case-by-case nature depending on what items are included in the hamper

Definitely not. Hampers are usually gifts and therefore only the actual hamper is posted. All invoicing is managed online with the purchaser only.

Shipping is calculated by weight. Our shipping costs range from $20 to $30 depending on size.

If for some reason any of the items arrive broken, we will gladly and quickly send you a replacement gift.
