Lynda was in contact with me via email upon receipt of my order right through to the delivery. A photo of the gift box was provided also. This was a gift for a relative in hospital in Geelong and gave us peace of mind that the purchase was delivered. We placed the order only the night before and had it delivered by 1pm the next day.
